I have been working with A Fresh Start Home Inspection for a number of years, and in my experience, Gregg is well educated on the whole process. He is always willing to assist clients (even after the inspection is over, sometimes after the transaction has even closed) and go the extra mile. You can tell he has a lot of pride just through his work and customer service. I will highly recommend AFSHI to any of my friends and family!

Recently had a home inspected by Gregg, the inspector was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He took the necessary time to thoroughly inspect the house, as well as gave great feedback on what was showing up throughout the inspection. Professional and personable. I am very confident with what was found, and would definitely use this company again.

Hello, We had an inspection performed on our house before purchasing it last fall. We want to bring to your attention that our basement just recently flooded, leaving us with a few thousand dollars in repairs and many hours of landscaping. We were informed that we had a sump pump in the basement, but we didn't. What was labeled as a sump pump in our inspection report was for the sewer instead. The plumber said there would likely not have been flooding if we had a sump pump. Thanks, Alana
