I've not had a bad experience here. They make awesome arrangements. The staff was super friendly. They delivered my order the same day, AND it smells wonderful inside.
I purchased Flowers over the phone for my sisters birthday, I said I want a $100.00 arrangement including the 12.00 delivery fee. I always ask anyone I send flowers to. Please send a picture. There is no way these flowers were even close to the amount I spent, furthermore when I tried to call, they will not answer my call. Please don't use this flower shop. It's a ripoff, I can't believe they are in business.
I recieved a Mason jar arrangement yesterday Valentine's day for my birthday today from my sister who paid 100.00 for. She was not happy with the cheap arrangement. Which by the way you can buy at safeway for 29.99. What a scam artist. You will be hearing back from my sister.
Great service and amazing flower arrangements. I love that I can give them my budget and they area always able to make a flower arrangement around that.
