I can't say enough good things about Chelsea! I recently went in for a major change, chopping off 9 inches and going for a stunning platinum blonde look, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Really friendly people and comfortable atmosphere! I had booked an appointment with Chelsea, however, which was confirmed by her, then got ghosted the morning of no notice or text/calls back.
