Took my 4runner in for heater core and they destroyed my truck... I had AC. But they cut my lines to install heater core. Truck was in parts when they said it was ready.... Far from finished. Heater cables were shoved behind my stereo.ac button was torn out. Passenger vent destroyed. Lying about parts being no good and wanting to install more parts that it didn't need..... Run don't walk from this poor excuse of automotive shop. Terry lied to my face and my mom about repairs
Quick, effective service
Nelson and his team really did a wonderful job on my car. I was very pleased that he was flexible and worked around my crazy schedule that week. He was very open and honest with what needed to be done. He even took care of a scratch that was not covered by the insurance for free. I was very appreciative that he was very personable to me and my two year old daughter (he showed her pictures of his trip to A-Foothill Auto Service from his phone, which kept her entertained while we were going over some details).
