Flowers Touch - for those who want the best in everything! I live in Italy and my sister lives in Ft. Hood with her husband who is deplyed in Iraq. After searching fruitlessly on the Internet for online sites that were overpriced and quite generic in their selection of flowers, I found A Flowers Touch by searching on Google and called them up. I was a bit worried that it would be too last minute (it was 2PM and I needed the flowers delivered that day for the birthday). They were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make my sister's birthday flowers extra lovely. I let them pick out the bouquet and gave them a budget and they far exceeded my expectations (my sister sent me photos of the flowers that same day). When they delivered the flowerrs, my sister wasn't home, so instead of lewaving them on the doorstep in the hot Texas sun, they went to the neighbor asked her to keep the flowers and then left a note on my sis's door telling her where they were! I know all this because, they also sent me an email confirmation of the delivery with all the details. I would highly reccommend this florist and will be using them for many many years to come!

A Florist with a Huge Heart!!! I am in Germany while my mother lives in Texas. For mother's Day I contacted a florist (All occasion Floral and Gift) in the Killeen area to deliver flowers the day before Mother's day. That florist still had not delivered the flowers by the next day and would not answer the phones....I did not think I could find another florist that would deliver flowers on short notice at 4:30 pm ON Mother's Day. I was wrong. When I called A Flowers Touch I spoke to nice caring people who went above and beyond to help me. I should have used this florist to begin with. GREAT PEOPLE. AAAAAAA+ service with a heart!

my husband knows how much i love flowers..so he always gets me flowers..and i was so surprised at how long they lasted..the freshness..the smell..how gorgeous they look..so i asked him where he buys them from and he said Flowers Touch..so i wanted to buy my bestfriend some flowers for her birthday..so i went to the shop..i was greeted with happy smiles and friendliness..the staff there were so helpful and explained in detail about the arrangement..prices were resonable..all in all i see why he buys the flowers from them..

I walked into this store new to the area and needed some flowers for a co-worker.I got the listing from the yelling pages and name of the Floral shop from a neighbor. I walked in and was welcomed with a big smile from a woman at the counter. She gave me her name and was extermely friendly. She asked questions about what I needed and asked if I wanted to add on a bear , box of candy or ballon to the order. She was so warm and friendly that I couldn't believe the level of service I was getting. I usually walk into a flower shop and just go out with flowers. The lady was very informative and helpful in finding the perfect style and price range.After waiting for a few minutes the woman walks out with an amazing arragenment of flowers with such a unique touch. I couldn't believe the level of service and the amazing Flowers!!! I was so pleased that ended up buying a bear for my daughter and a balloon.I will be back!!!I It is hard to find great service these days.The Flowers were beautiful but the service I recieved from the energetic employee was A+. I am new to the area and will return for the great service and the Outstanding Floral arrangments. Thanks Flowers Touch.Keep up the Great Service!!!!!!
