I ordered a funeral wreath through the Crawford and bowers furneral home on their webpage the choices included a beautiful wreath made up of lilies and other tropical flowers it was called "sleep in peace.. " and the price including tax came to $190.96... when the arrangement arrived .. it was made up of a bunch of pink carnations.. cheapest flowers on the market!! And a few whilted purple sprigs of something ugly. Just thrown in and some cheap greenery.. the bow appeared to have been tied in by a first grader.. hideous.. when I called the shop to voice my concern and disappointment. The lady had the nerve to get mad and raise her voice to me!! As if I had done something wrong! Really? Cut me off mid-sentence.. and hung up on me.. never order anything from them.. unprofessional..and rude!!

I am so disappointed with my recent purchase from this shop. I paid $45 for a bouquet for my aunt's birthday on April 16th. $45 is very pricey for flowers, but since she lives 3 hours away, I decided on flowers for her birthday. The bouquet on their website seemed pretty and met my budget. I was so embarrassed and disappointed when my aunt sent me the picture of what she actually received. I will never order from this place again

a very recommended establishment.
Since introduced to me by a friend, I have always gone to Flowers Touch for any occassion for the best service and floral arrangements in town. The price has always been reasonable and the service has always left a sense of security that things are left in great Hands. The people are very friendly.They have done flowers for many occassions and even reasons for just saying "I love you" to a special someone or just to say thank you. I highly recommend them.

Above and beyond....
My mother is in a nursing home and I send flowers for special occasions several times a year. I live in Washington state and I happened to visit about a week after I had ordered flowers from another local florist and was disappointed to see that the only similarity between the bouquet that I ordered and what she received was that the flowers were pink...and much less expensive. It's frustrating to feel taken advantage of because the retailer thinks you will never see what is delivered. I ordered a bouquet of Star Gazer Lilies from A Flowers Touch for Valentines Day and my mother was thrilled. She called me 4 or 5 times to tell me how beautiful they were. From her description, the bouquet they delivered was much nicer than the picture and description that I had ordered from on the website. The flowers really lasted, so she was able to enjoy them for a long time. I will be using this florist exclusively for all future orders. Thank you for being so kind to my mother.

A Flowers Touch
I ordered flowers here for my friend that lives in Ft. Hood. The people I spoke to on the phone were just wonderful and helpful. The price was very reasonable and they had the arrangement made and delivered right on time. My friend loved the flowers and said they were just absolutely beautiful in the arrangement the florist did them in.I will definately be using them again in the future.

My name is Rev. Pat Allen, I was very overwhelmed with all the online flower selections and advertismenst to order flowers for Mothers Day. I was pulled in and just before I clicked on confirm your order* at the last minuite I prayed and asked the Lord is this really the way I wanted my Momma-Auntie's flowers to look. I did not see baby's breath, or a full decorative apperance and the final charges were rediculous with two different shipping charges. I said to the Lord wow...where can I get a professional and expensive look and flowers that are breathtaking and also flowers she won't have to put together herself*! And the Lord guided me to A FLOWERS TOUCH flower shop in Killeen, Texas, all the way from Atlanta, GA. Just so many selections, and I had never ben to this flower shop ever and did not evenknow the name of flowers shop's in the area. I know prayer changes things and it is just where the Lord led me to call from the phone book. I am confident this business is the best of its kind in the entire city of Killen. They do Beautiful* & quality work with excellent products and displays a spirit of integrity! Bravo God and thank you Jesus for Joy and her shop...it is a blessing to the city of Killeen. Flowers aresuppose to be beautiful and made others feel better about life and A Flowers Touch is the place of Joy designed by Joy. Excellent I give them 5 stars the best of the best!

The Best in Town
I am a Soldier in the U.S. Army and have deployed to Iraq 3 times since 2003. After my first deployment, I met a lady in the Fort Hood area that later became my wife. I first approached A Flowers Touch and asked if I could correspond with them during my deployment to send flowers to my girlfriend/fianc/now wife. Throughout my nearly 4 year relationship with A Flowers Touch, the florists have delivered a countless variety of beautiful and touching flower arrangements with no hassles. I moved from the Fort Hood area to another Army Post and all A Flowers Touch required was to establish an account and an email describing what I wanted. With their help, my girlfriend/fianc/now wife was the envy of all of her co-workers and felt like the only woman in the world. A Flowers Touch helped me express Birthday, Anniversary, Valentine's Day, Easter, Just Because, Cheering You Up, First Day at a New Job, Please Marry Me, Thank You For Marrying Me, and I Love You thoughts. They were always on time with a beautiful assortment of flowers. I just needed to explain the situation, and the florists' creativity took over. I highly recommend A Flowers Touch to anyone, particularly, military members or anyone not in the Killeen/Fort Hood area sending flowers to someone in the Killeen/Fort Hood area.
