I teach classes here have attended classes myself. The gals that teach love what they do and you can tell by how they teach. The owner, Patty, is the sweetest gal you’ll ever meet. Kind, humble, and hard working. She has a heart for helping people reach their goals and be a support for anyone on a journey. You should check it out sometime. It’s blessed my socks off😉
Water aerobics is just what the Dr. ordered!!!
The team of instructors as well as all the people that go to class are just amazing. The instructors can corral us all up and put us to working on our flexibilty, mobility, strength as well as kicking our bums and we don't even mind! A great place to get in shape, change some attitude as well as body shape and make lastinf friendships.
There is a wide variety of classes. The instructors are wonderful and never leave anyone out. Modifications are always given and there is no pressure to keep up with more advanced moves. There is an AOA class M-F! Patty, the owner, is a ray of sunshine and keeps us all motivated and feeling like Workout Warriors no matter what our fitness level is.
