Some very caring sitters, some very unhealthy sitters. The people working need more training! The business office is responsive but we have also had some serious problems that aren’t addressed. Recommendation: staff need to contact family members regularly to be informed about sitters strengths and weaknesses . Our best sitters and the absolute worse sitters have come from this agency…an angel and a scary thief. Great caregiver and outstanding Care Manager (Paige D.). I think the Care Manager does a great job! I do believe caregiver hands-on training needs AFNB upper management to find a way to ensure this is completed.

I can’t find anything wrong with my services. I am 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend this agency to someone that needed what yall provide.
