I had a very disappointing experience with A Fine Shine Window and Carpet Cleaning. The employees were unprofessional, rude, and appeared unwilling to put in the effort expected for the job they were hired to do. Instead of improving my home's appearance, the work left me with additional problems to deal with. When the crew finished, my property was left in worse condition than before they arrived. I hired this company to come clean my gutters and windows. They damaged my gutters and screens with their ladder and didn't even apologize for it. The two men that showed up was poorly dressed and one of them looked like they were on drugs. Very noise and messy, didn't put up my garden hoses when they where done with them. The owner was very rude over the phone and didn't even apologize for his workers behavior. Would not recommend this company for any type of job you need. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

The house looks at least 8 years younger. I just called to get the windows cleaned on the inside and outside but end up softwashing the whole exterror of the house, caulking all the windows and having the grill cleaned as well. There were bricks on the entrance that were so bad I thought the only option was getting new ones I couldn't even see the original color of the brick now I can. All the crew members are so nice and professionals you won't regret it, just call them.
