This is the most ridiculous load of BS I have ever read. Obviously this person was just upset about a value not coming in where they wanted it. To go as far as to call the company a bunch of murderers -- that is just deplorable and the actions of a sick individual. I worked with this company for over 2 years. Obvious lies need to be exposed – After reading the litany of lies posted by the so called reviewers, I have to respond with some truth. I cannot speak to the ethics of Wes Lend Financial - and ethics is not a term you can use commonly with most lending institutions. watch out, these people are clever – I was trying to refinance my house with a company called "Wes Lend Financial". They said they were sending a appraiser to my house. It was suppose to be free. But after the person from "A Fine Appraisal Service" was in my house for maybe 10 minutes, they came back to the living room and told me to give them a credit card number, that I owed $350.00. LENDING FRAUD BEWARE!!!!!! – Stay away from these people at all costs! These people are the worst kind of gutter swine there are. They showed up at my house in the middle of the day. They claimed to be sent by a company called "Wes Lend Financial" from CA. My wife did not know what was going on. We were trying to refinance our house so she let them in. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BEWARE!!!!!!! – These people were sent to my house by a phony lending company. After being inside my house for 5 minutes, they demanded a credit card number. they then charged my credit card with thousands of dollars, until I deactivated the card. please beware. go to yahoo answers and look them up. they even assaulted a women to get money. these people are pure evil. Gone with the Wind! Horrible Customer Service – I was devasted by what this "appraiser" qouted for my home. I had just recieved a $690 appraisal (at the end of 04/2006), and I wanted to refi, but, my lender, wanted their OWN appraisal-they send this guy out picked by my lender and in less than 10 minutes, gives me a $640k, not incuding the 20+ upgrades during the year.
