Very rude and nasty manager. Named Marcos
I was very disturbed upon seeing a video sent to me by my brother. We are dark skinned mixed individuals that speak Spanish fluently the manager MARCOS called my brother several names that were highly offensive in Spanish that my brother sent me the video to confirm that he was not mistaken. Shame on this company and Marcos.
The young ladies inside of this location are very professional however, the Hispanic individual who I guess is the manager was very rude and nasty, and made several false claims as a related to me trying to cash a very legitimate check that he had went through various stages of verification on. He even approved the check to be paid out, and then at the last minute, attempted to find a way to say that he would not cash it anymore by stating that I had taken a picture of the check which is not legal or against the policy howev... read more
