A person needs very good karma to find someone like Brian Costigan. To have someone like Brian in your life, you have to be very lucky. I still remember when I gave Brian his first assignment. I have used quite a few handymen in the past and seemed to always find issues. This guy showed up on time, was competitively priced and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman.
I was is desprite need of a Handyman and Brian came to my rescue and was able to meet me within my budget. He was prompt and very respectful of all my needs. Since then I have referred him to a few of my closest friends. Thanks Brain again for an outstanding job!!!!
I hired Brian many years ago to do some electrical work and he has since done about 20 projects for me, all of which have come in on time and within budget. Brian is more than a contractor, he gives you ideas on how to do projects, creatively working with your space and budget . He has since done many different types of jobs from completely renovating bathrooms to building additions and rewiring a whole house.
