I closed out my account this morning, because I paid off my Mortgage, the personal at A+ FCU were the best to work with, if I am ever in need of a loan I will first check with A+FCU.
My husband took our adult son to discuss a vehicle loan. They had a horrific experience. Right off the bat, the women they were speaking with was rude and dismissive. My son was so excited to learn about what it would take to go through the process. The attitude of this woman was extremely discouraging. It seems she was judging them. For what exactly, I'm not entirely sure. Could be racism, judging that he was young or maybe she doesn't like men. Who knows.
