So I had a huge mess. I had another contractor who thought he knew how to do plumbing and HVAC. Phil was called in to make it right. Turns out there was more wrong than right. Nobody likes fixing somebody else's mess but Phil took it on. All new piping and supply lines for my HVAC. He replaced every piece of pex in my house except for one we couldn't get to.
