This location refused to give our son treatment tonight at 0928 hrs. The facility has posted hours open until 10pm. We arrived about half hour before they closed. Our son was injured at work and this a Workers Comp through his work insurance company. The lady at the front desk, Kathy, refused to take him citing they needed a claim number from the workers comp. That’s not correct, a claim number is given after service has been rendered, which they refused to do. Do not go to this urgent care.
