A Family Storage was a Great Rental place never in the 6yrs of Renting the space did I ever see the Buildings dirty or weeds growing. Driveway was always clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful thank you for being so kind and respectful.
I have had nothing but poor experiences when using their storage. It's almost impossible to cancel and they're trying to charge me for an empty space. I got rid of the lock and they're trying to charge me for a "Lock cut" fee. Not only have I called them to resolve this issue but they think I'm going to pay their stupid "default". Go anywhere else than this place.
