Every time I've needed flowers they have always met or exceeded my expectations and exceeding them is what they have done 99.9% of the time friendly service great product I highly recommend them.
I needed a last-minute bouquet for a funeral. I called Friday morning, ordered it for Friday afternoon, and let them decide on the arrangement and kinds of flowers. I told them I did want roses for sure and that was about it. At their suggestion, I ordered a floor basket to sit beside the coffin. When I picked it up, I was stunned. Diane took care of me yesterday for my daughter's kindergarten graduation I ordered two small wrap spring mix bouquets and they were perfect. Diane was very professional and apologetic about the issue I had before. I'm glad i gave them another shot !!
Tina did a great job on finding what i needed and had them delivered the next morning as promised. The flowers looked wonderful and my wife loved them. I wont have an issue calling back the next time i need something. Thanks very much.
