Great service! TJ and Joseph worked hard all day in 104 degree weather, remaining friendly despite the heat!
By far, the lowest prices in town! The Managers are amazing - patient, willing to help out, and always glad to see me!! Very secure!
Easy access on the phone app and secure facility. The manager is easy to work with. Only complaint is that if you don't update your app you won't have access but still a 5 star business.
Omar is a very good manager but can't overcome the shortcomings of the owner's business operational decisions. The 'introductory rate' is $69 for a 10 x 15 and after 7 years as a customer they're charging me over $165. That's BS. GREEDY! Leaving ASAP. Being a loyal customer should be rewarded not punished. Business 101. I am not asking to give me the intro rate but don't raise my rate over 25%. SMDH. New renters , take the intro rate but don't stay long or you'll regret it when the ridiculous increases hit you. JMO
Omar and other staff of the Orange Grove location have always - always! - been immediately attentive to real concerns and problems, as well as having patiently assisted me with my most mundane questions. No matter the issue, they have given their instant attention to its resolution. They make it believable to be called "Family" Storage.
