The ability to drive up to your unit and the usage of app-based locks are super convenient for people who visit their storage often. However, the dust, critters, and expense just don't make sense for a long term renter like me. I wish there was A MINUS 10 STAR RATING to give A FAMILY STORAGE on MaGee, west of Thornydale. They've had at least $10,000.00 worth of my household belongings since October, 2019. JOE, is a business owner's dream manager. The rest of the company can go to where the sun does not shine. For the 7th or 8th consecutive month, despite having my credit card number, they ignore it and routinely jack up my monthly cost with late fees. I live in Michigan.
