I have used this storage company off and on for years and they have always taken wonderful care of me as a customer and great care of my belongings.
Great customer service, management was amazing, maybe spray for critters more if possible, found multiple scorpions, but this is AZ and inevitable!
AFS has been my go to for the past 9 years. When I first moved to Tucson, I found the staff friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and access was great. Recent updates have made access even better. AFS has different sized locations that have helped store several rooms of furniture for several months, until our house was built, then allowed access to moving trucks to drop off and pick up. They definitely provide storage for any size need.
Worst experience I've ever had. Rented a unit that was inaccurately sold to me (asked for a hobby unit, did not receive one). Went to the front office during open hours (about an hour after they opened) and no one was there. A vehicle was parked nearby the manager's suite. Called 3 times, rang the Ring doorbell several times, no one came to the door. Called through to the answering service who told me "someone would call me at some point."
