If you’re looking for a place that’s super friendly, affordable and efficient! This is definitely the place to go! Mariah at the front desk was super helpful, I felt very respected during my purchase. She pays attention to detail and gets you out in a timely manner! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!
I was inside of the facility and arrived at the gate literally 40 seconds after 6pm and was unable to GET OUT of the facility. There is no emergency number. The gate literally locks everyone out AND in. I had to call 911 in order to get out of the parking lot. This is a tremendous waste of public money and resources in order for a private company to save a few dollars by not providing an after hours number.
A genuine family run Enterprise that from my perspective has done it's best to cater to its clientele from a customer service perspective.
Very nice staff and great property managers. Always accommodating and informative!
