Not a leave a review kinda person but I felt the need to. Been at A-Family Storage now for years and just wanted to give the manager Lisa a thank you. Had some financial issues and was able to talk to Lisa and she worked with me. Gave me more time to pay my balance and was always friendly & generous. I appreciate the help.
Lisa in the office was great to work with ! She explained the cost options a showed me multiple units to choose from.

Angel Suter the manager at the storage on Wilmot is Awesome! She has great customer service skills she even answered sum questions while she was walking the property and again while picking up trash that's savvy to Mr! I still have a truck in storage and know it's in good hands! I have recommended and will continue to recommend American self storage! Thanks Angela!! Happy holidays!
