Mrs. Noemi Lara was awesome. i came in just a couple minutes before the business closed, and she did not bat an eye no Seemed annoyed at all. Very helpful as well as friendly. She explained things in great detail , so anybody could understand them. i recommend this facility if for nothing else for the awesome customer service she displayed!
Noemi was helpful, direct and efficient. She answered all my questions and explained things in simple terms. The process of renting my unit was simple and quick.
Noemi is a great host to the property. She greets all tenants while she does her rounds. She responds promptly to all inquiries.
Noemi Lara was absolutely the best and so helpful. 5 stars all the way.
After a misunderstanding about the rates, Marissa, the regional manager, reached out to me and assited to where I could continue using their services. Facilities are clean, there are security cameras, and there appears to be someone on the premises even after hours, possibly security. Thank you for going above and beyond.
