I've been going here for 20 years. Jody the hygienist has been fantastic! I have gone here for so many years strictly for her skill and her friendliness twice every year! The office management makes me very upset. The billing is delayed and inaccurate. The manager makes excuses instead of improving antiquated policies. Her customer service is cold and unhelpful. It really feels like she just doesn't care.
If I can give 10/10 I would. Great experience. Dentist was very gentle and informative through the whole process. I was very nervous/ anxious at first but he kept reassuring me and walking me through the whole process. Thank you so much!
I wanted to like this dentist...The dentist (who owns the practice) audibly casually chitchated with other patients while never coming to see my child for over an hour and ten minutes, with no time update, before I decided to just leave. At 45 minutes past the appt time my child was still just waiting in the chair and the numbing gel had fully worn off; I inquired what kind of ETA we might continue to expect with front office staff.
