My son is not only special needs, but he is also a Cancer patient. He does have a fear of the Dentist and the tools that are used, but Dr. Shaw (once he was made aware of this) was so patient and calm with him and he totally put my son at ease, which is sometimes challenging when my son meets a physician for the first time. This office has changed hands a few times over the years. However today I met the newest crew. Very happy with my hygienist and her gentleness. The Dr. , she was very nice and I feel good about moving forward with treatment with this new team. Much better than past care under different ownership.

If ever anyone visits this office make sure to take all relevant documents after making a payment. Post you leave their office their so called billing department is so hopeless that they never bother to give relevant documents and are pain in the neck. They don’t have direct numbers and their customer service is nuts. Every time you call them they will state that their billing team will do a follow up but never bother to come back. I went to this dentist for the first time today. Its the only place I could find that took my insurance and could see me kn such short notice. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, but the oral surgeon and staff today were excellent. Really down to earth and put me a little at ease. I had 2 teeth extracted and they were very professional and understanding
