Chef Phil was amazing. We hired him for a bachelorette party dinner at our airBNB. He worked and reworked our groups’ menu for weeks before our dinner and made excellent recommendations on top of being respectful of our budget. He was even flexible day of on timing. I thought his professionalism and presentation were definitely worth the 5 stars.

By far the best Key Lime Pie I’ve ever tasted! The perfect blend of sweet and tart! My friends have already asked me to order more for our next gathering. Do yourselves a favor and skip Publix…call Phil for your next event, party, or catering needs. I can’t wait to try his meal prep services- perfect solution for busy health conscious professionals and families. 5* all the way!
I thought it wasn't going to be impressed, but OMG the rich taste of lime was the best part of it. The cream is dreamy, and the whip is the perfect texture and balance. Impressed. I crave it a little too often.
