I thought it wasn't going to be impressed, but OMG the rich taste of lime was the best part of it. The cream is dreamy, and the whip is the perfect texture and balance. Impressed. I crave it a little too often.
Chef Phil made a delicious shepherds pie. We loved the pie in Ireland but this pie was even better. Thanks you Chef Phil.
