Absolutely rudest Dispatcher I have ever encountered and thats not an exaggeration.. I had numerous negative experiences with the dispatcher but I will say that ALL of the drivers that I have encountered were really nice. May I suggest possibly downloading the UBER App on your phones and giving them a try.. I use them now too and have had great service :) But yes Haverhill needs a new cab company or this Company needs a new Dispatcher!
Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? This is ridiculous. Why did they allow this company to be the only taxi service in this city.? It makes no sense .

Very rude, my boyfriend is not able to walk w out a walker and he offer the driver 10 extra dollars for him to just wait a sec so he could put mail in the mail box the driver took off and left him and he had to walk a lil over a block to our apt, i am going to be contacting mayor or BBA about them,they should be shut down ..
Terrible, rude service. Driver called my daughter a bitch, dispatcher was a jerk to her when she called for the ride. Didn't know how to get from Bradford to 495 near Plaistow. Charged $25.
