Real jerk of a driver, got mad when we made a gesture to not pull in our driveway with his janky looking van, proceeded to yell at us down the street to pick up his customer and told us his name for when we called his boss-called the family cab number, it was the same guy and he hung up. Nice! Pretty sad that these people have a contract to transport our school kids!
the dispacher is very rude the owner and the mecanic are rasist they dont deal with spanish comunity when a spanish person call they tell them to go and learn english first and then to call again they blook spanish people phones so they dont have to call again family cab need to be out off busines.

Only place to go in Haverhill. clean reputable drivers who actually go through background checks unlike the other companies in Haverhill. Family is safe with them thanks for safe travel.
Expensive for what it is.
Worst customer service. Dispatcher is a real pos. I will not say the drivers are bad but it all starts with the person answering the phone he represents the company horrible. I will never call again and will tell everyone that needs a cab to call haverhill cab or Uber. This happens every time I have called. No more rather walk!
