Extremely happy with the price and service we received from A Family Affair Tent Rentals. Excellent support and help, from getting the correct tent size to finding the best location to place the tent. They made it super easy and convenient. Very pleased and would absolutely use them again. Thanks.
Paid for guaranteed delivery on Friday. I called to get 2 extra tables and was told delivery was coming on Thursday. No phone call. I told Her we were not ready for that day. She said she would call me back if She was able to switch the day. She never called. I called and she said oh sorry yeah we can deliver Friday.🤦🏾♀️ Tables and chairs were absolutely filthy. We had an event on May 31, 2025. Two days before the event, three gentlemen came by with out tent, tables, chairs, and linens. They were on time and very efficient. We believe that the employees delivering the items are the face of the company. These gentlemen were very personable and easy to work with. They set up the tent and even offered to set up the tables. Having read some of the negative reviews I was somewhat concerned about using this company. However, my experience was very positive. (I do recommend calling b/c I initially used their online order option and when I emailed questions about the quote I did not hear back until I picked up the phone a few days later.) The staff was great, very helpful and confirmed the details, delivered everything on time, and installed tent in correct location. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their responsiveness is poor and it cost us our deposit! We paid a deposit on their website on May 31 for a graduation party on June 22. We left a voicemail at their office the same day asking them to contact us about the party and their rentals. We received no reply from them until June 4 and the only reply was an invoice.
