Visited today for the first time and everything I ate was really good. The chicken was juicy and very well seasoned, the cabbage was amazing and the cornbread...well there are no words. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good soul food. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our overall experience was a great one.
Fried Fridays are the best!! Fried catfish, shrimp, and chicken!!!! Yummy! Good quality, fresh and hot buffet. Great sides too....green beans, corn, pinto beans, mash potatoes and gravy and salad just to name a few. And don't even get me started on the desserts. Cobbler and the best banana pudding!!!
Love the food, the baked and fried chicken are so delicious. The home cooked vegetables (greens, corn, sweet potato, everything lololol) are all delicious as well. Can't forget the banana pudding yummy
First place i always tell folk about when they want soul food!!!! Best restaurant in town!!!! Catfish is almost better than mine!!!! Sorry Brandy!!! Lol
My favorite soul food restaurant in OKC. The meatloaf is bomb, the neck bones are out of this world and the fried chicken is delicious!
Went for New Years Day .... in search of the traditional black eye peas and collard greens for NYD.... best black eyes I've ever had and I really don't even like them normally ... the fried chicken was amazing ...staff was very friendly and helpful... can't go wrong here if you love traditional Southern cooking....
