If you are wondering, just give Tortica a call and she will help you. She is so professional, kind, and an expert. She helped us set a menu, asking all the right questions, made recommendations and stayed within our budget. Everything was served on time and with style. She and her staff were on top of every detail and I did not have to worry about anything on our special day.
