Had to go to 4 different Lowes to find the 2-6 pocket door frame kit. After installation I noticed that the wheels and a couple of other parts were missing. I called A & F and they said they would send out the hardware parts right a way. No hassle no fuss. Great customer service. The frame was easy to install.
I ordered a different brand pocket door from Lowes as part of my home-owner bathroom remodel. I don't own a truck or anything, so I had Lowes deliver all the items to my house. This pocket door had a hardware pack with it, but it was ripped open. I asked the delivery guys if all the parts were still there, as I'd never installed a pocket door before. They were in a big hurry and said "yeah yeah of course we wouldn't deliver you a door that was missing parts." Fast forward to install time, you wouldn't believe it but they lie... read more

Im a truck driver. I had to pick up a load. Its a lovely lady name Debbie loaded my truck and she was great. She checked my load numbers and asked me where was the load going? Before I knew it, I was in and out of there. Hopefully i can do more loads at A&F.
