April, Sylvana and Maggie in the Showroom have been wonderful resources for me. When my Toto Washets needed to be replaced, they helped me choose the closest model to my discontinued ones and gave me great pricing on the pair. They also special ordered a Moen Kitchen mixer and provided the best after sales service when my plumber installed the weight incorrectly. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about AF Supply and their staff. I have worked with April in the Hicksville showroom on several projects. April is extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I visited the showroom again on Saturday for a new project. The woman working in the store was extremely rude and dismissive. I was told she couldn’t answer any of my questions since I didn’t have an appt, even though the store was completely empty. I walked out and gave my business elsewhere.
