I had an appointment to get my truck an alignment. Waited a week because they were busy which is understandable. On the morning of my appointment they called me saying the mechanic didn't come in and we had to reschedule. It happens, but they scheduled me out another week putting me in the back of the line behind repairs I was originally in front of. That's simply bad business practice. Lifesavers! I found myself stranded on the side of the road after hitting a tree branch that had fallen in the roadway during an intense thunderstorm. I was only 15 miles into a 7 hour drive to Indiana. Unsure of what to do, I called AF motors.
