I bought my vehicle from Mission, a 2024 Z71 Tahoe, brand new. It has had audio problems since it was brand new. The audio will go out at times where there is no audio in the vehicle to include music and the signal light and navigation. I called some time ago and was told that the vehicle needed to be dropped off and that it would take at least 10 days to get a diagnostic. My audio is now worse. The service department is terrible. I have had nothing but problems with them. They missed diagnosed my car 3 times before they finally found the issue the first time I had a problem. The second time I have a problem one member of the service department refused to help me until I asked to speak with the main service manager and then he was willing to help me, another service manager yelled at me on the phone regarding a loaner car as my car was taken into service without providing transportation, and another service person w... read more

I leased a vehicle from Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart Florida about two years ago. Recently, salesperson Joshua Heflin kept calling us saying we should come in even though we still had one year left on our lease because they “needed the car back.” He promised they would put her into the same model, just a newer 2026, for the same price or even less since we had only driven about 5,000 miles in two years. I was told they could hold a vehicle for a week to give me time to arrange a ride to come pick it up. I took time off work, canceled meetings, and got my mom to come stay with my dying grandmother so my pawpaw could take me out there. I had to call them as he was picking me up for them to tell me they'd sold this truck days ago out from under me that I'd made the first appointment to come see. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! 4-5 years this problem has yet to be resolved. In 2021 I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD. Part of my purchase included a spray in bed liner. I was told at the purchase that I would be contacted about scheduling the spray in liner. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKS! I strongly advise caution when considering this dealership. My family and I purchased a car that failed to start the day after we brought it home. When we reported the issue, we were told the battery would be replaced for $250, but later learned the car still would not start, and the cause was unknown.
