Friendly and personable staff.
I made a purchase from them for a funeral arrangement on December the 16th and they did not process the payment until January the 3rd almost 3 weeks later. When I called about this because by them doing this they messed up bills coming out of my account the owner was HIGHLY unprofessional and started raising his voice to me telling me that that is how they do business. I just received flower for my sister’s memorial service tonight. It was supposed to be an all white arrangement. The roses are brown and the daisy’s are wilted. There is not one single lily in the whole arrangement. My friend is going to be so upset and disappointed by what they sent. He is also going to very dissatisfied what was received and the money that was spent. The only thing nice was the vase that the flowers came in. This tiny little arrangement is such a sad display of workmanship.
Always friendly, and always the best quality flowers delivered on time and looking beautiful. And they always last weeks longer than the store-bought ones I've purchased. Love this place!
Great service and always happy with the bouquet they put together.
