Tried out this location looking for help with my high astigmatism. The young woman who helped me (Yaneth), was very kind and definitely knew her stuff. Would recommend anyone around the cedar park area to visit !
Needed my glasses (not made at walmart) fixed.. and the optician (Asenith) took care of me amazingly. She also hooked me up with a new lens cleaner that had both a spray and protected cloth!! This place DESERVES your business!!
They charged me twice & claim the refund will take up to 18 days. Watch your credit card statements if you choose to do business here.
My appointment was set to be 11:30am I came from Bastrop all the way here to get my eyes checked with Dr Ho. But by the time I arrived, the young woman behind was rude and was not going to accept my appointment all for being 5 mins late just so she can go to lunch. She was making excuses that there other patients to be checked out but literally there was no one there when while I was at the site. What waste of time
This placehas no respect for regular Clint...we r seening this doctor 20 years ...but 7 mint delay counter lady refused for appointment and make us to come back ..... that is a ugly way
