Dr. Was straight up rude! Wants me to lay back no biggie. Light is absolutely blinding me and he gets a attitude because I say something. Suggests I see another Dr. I just walked out! 2nd time I came to get my dentures both times the don't fit! 1st time they would fit in a kids mouth definitely not a adult. 2nd time bottom barely fit just lay on bottom top cant even fit in mouth want to try and force in mouth! Was Dr. Juanie. Don't recommend coming here at all at least to see him anyway. Rest of staff has been great!
The dentist is a joke. He said he needed X-rays and would perform an extraction. However, after paying hundreds of dollars he then said he would not do the extraction. In addition they will only communicate thru text and don't answer there phones or return calls in a timely fashion. Also, they are over priced compared to other dentists in the area. In addition they cancel appointments and reschedule them several times just because they close there offices unexpectedly.
Made a appointment three months back. I was so relieved to know I was getting help with my teeth. Only thing that's kept me going was knowing it was going to get fix than I get text after waiting months to tell me my appointment has been cancelled😭
If I could give zero stars I would cause I asked for a refund over 2 months ago cause they r horrible my dentures came back way to big n if I were yall I wouldn’t even go to them they r horrible people they won’t answer or even get back i. Touch with me they r fixing to get sued so they won’t be open much longer
My daughter started there in June 2025. Third appointment, they numbed her mouth, but then said they could not work on her. They gave her a number to the Morristown location. ?? This makes no sense at all. Horrible customer service interaction.
