Scheduled our daughter who is 5 yo their next available cleaning appt back in March of this year. It was scheduled for 8/7. We just received a text that they cancelled her appt due to their office shutting down. I tried calling but no one is answering the phones and the only way to reach them is via text. After a +4 month wait to get in they send a text the day before the appointment date to cancel because they are no longer taking new patients and referred us to another location of theirs to set up another appointment? very unprofessional!
Let me say, my fear of a dentist office is so real because of some traumatic experiences I’ve had. I came here today to have a wisdom tooth and another tooth extracted & I have to BRAG BEYOND MEASURE on Penny & Dr Olsen. They were the absolute BEST HANDS DOWN!!! They talked me through it, Penny held my hand, hugged me & she calmed me down. Her soul is so precious, pure, & amazing & I love her!!! Olsen was so quick and EASY! She wasn’t rough at all! They are all amazing. They are helping me get my smile back which gave me the confidence I lost when I lost most of my teeth. I couldn't thank everyone there enough it means the world to me.
From start to finish complete nightmare. Had trouble getting my scans, was there over a hour just doing that because of lack of knowledge how to use the machine. Day of extraction and immediate denture installation paid upfront only for them to come back and say they made a mistake and i needed to pay more. After I confirmed total cost 3 times prior to appointment. Then after telling me that my denture wasn’t there, only for it to end up being there but apparently no one looked hard enough.
