Made a appointment three months back. I was so relieved to know I was getting help with my teeth. Only thing that's kept me going was knowing it was going to get fix than I get text after waiting months to tell me my appointment has been cancelled😭
If I could give zero stars I would cause I asked for a refund over 2 months ago cause they r horrible my dentures came back way to big n if I were yall I wouldn’t even go to them they r horrible people they won’t answer or even get back i. Touch with me they r fixing to get sued so they won’t be open much longer
My daughter started there in June 2025. Third appointment, they numbed her mouth, but then said they could not work on her. They gave her a number to the Morristown location. ?? This makes no sense at all. Horrible customer service interaction.
Scheduled our daughter who is 5 yo their next available cleaning appt back in March of this year. It was scheduled for 8/7. We just received a text that they cancelled her appt due to their office shutting down. I tried calling but no one is answering the phones and the only way to reach them is via text. The texts confirmed they are cancelling her appt. The only option given was to reschedule with their Morristown location. Well the Morristown location is booked out for another 5+ months. After a +4 month wait to get in they send a text the day before the appointment date to cancel because they are no longer taking new patients and referred us to another location of theirs to set up another appointment? very unprofessional!
