I am Terrified of going to any dentist. I made an appointment with this dentist office several years ago because I had a tooth that had decayed so badly, that I was in a lot of pain. They had me call my medical dr to get an antibiotic & I had to be on it for a least 5 days before they would see me, and made an appointment for 5 days out. I have been here before to have a tooth pulled and it was a good experience, however I had a denture consultation scheduled for about a month and a half and a few days before my appointment I texted them a insurance question and good thing I did because they said they sent me a text needing to cancel my appointment, but I never received anything. This place is the worst!!! They have an attitude, don't listen to you, then they say they don't know what is wrong and didn't try to figure it out either.... They made fun of us and didn't do their jobs....
