This company is a true pleasure to work with!
Called to get an email so I could send mechanical plans for a Test and balance and the woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She asked me my name, I told her. Then she laughed and said "No the company". Then I told her the company name and told her we have never hired them before. Her reply was "I can give you the email but I'm not sure he would go for it!". So I thanked her and hung up. Clearly they aren't looking for business. If they are, she is turning people away.
Jay was quick to address my needs this summer when my 17 year old ac gave up. He and his techs were there the next day and on time to do a complete change out. We also had a thorough discussion on a few ways to improve conditions in my attic which we planned to do when the weather cools some.
