They are the worst company I have ever dealt with I was paying $45 a month for a 5 x10 and when they took over my rent went up to $80 . And I'll tell you they won't work with you I got behind on my payment and I tried to pay part of my bill but they won't except it and it's just a scam because they want you to lose your stuff . And I did they are the worst company ever and I'll never get involved with them again because they are not good people.
Great first day experience, traveled to their remote location for move in date, Lyllah was great! Provided clear instructions for access and was very welcoming

I am impressed by the service and understanding I received today from Elizabeth at US Storage Centers in Las Cruces. Not only was she kind and professional, she was able to take care of my needs immediately. I highly recommend US Storage Centers. There are many new storage places available here in LC now, but having excellent customer service is rare, and Elizabeth was amazing!
