Been here 5 years so much has changed since then the new Super George, he’s no good. The old Super was better, but he got fired the elevator is always broke for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Something needs to be done. They used to take care of the property very good. They used to clean the hallways. DAY 2 no hot water no heat!!! I have two babies under 2 it was freezing had to leave to my mom’s house at 6am this is HORRIBLE !!! no calls back from management or office they said they “ don’t know anything about this” playing stupid of course they don’t care about tenants I would NEVER recommend moving here ! Customer service sucks they’re always annoyed idk who hired these females with these nasty attitudes. Stairwell has no lights smh

Lived here since 1982 and never had a problem until A and E and now we had MCI which was a lie and an increase but no improvements but Albany approved it all, seems intentional so we all leave and they turn NYC into a real estate machine with 5,000 one bedrooms….. extremely socialistic and communist

I have been living here for 28 years. This is the worst that it has ever been. You can’t get anything done. No one speaks English properly when you try to call maintenance for a problem. I’ve been calling all day. There’s no heat hot water. There’s no lights in the hallway, finally somebody comes by at 5 o’clock and just goes to the basement and comes out and says nothing’s gonna happen today.
