We paid to have an annual contract with AE Olsen to have priority service on our boiler system in case of emergencies. In the most recent visit, it took them over 6 hours just to get someone assigned because they said that their on-call guy was ghosting them and wouldn’t answer his phone. We were without heat and kept calling back for an update and each time they said that there was nothing they can do. Finally, someone came out, bled the system and left. Technician, Aiden quickly determined what was wrong with my furnace. He told me in detail what the problem was, that he had the part in his truck, and would get my heat working again, which he did.
Very happy with the installation of our new CA coil and compressor. Technicians did a great job removing old system and replacing it with the new one. Very professional and courteous staff.
The technicians were very friendly, on time and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. They did a great job cleaning up and took away my old furnace and ac unit. Highly recommend A.E.Olsen.
