$400 to unlock a car in less than 3 minutes. We didn’t ask for pricing beforehand because they represented themselves as Belton Locksmith, which I know is a reputable company. We must have hit the wrong link on a Google ad to get them. They did come down on their pricing but still well above normal pricing. Beware, deceptive company all around. The technician on site was good.
called because our key to one of our cars broke, gave them a DIFFERENT NUMBER TO CALL because i had to go to work and the only person that's was there was my mother, they proceeded to keep calling my number, had to call them AGAIN WHILE I WAS AT WORK to tell them my mothers number. i had clarified to the "repair man" (if that even what you can call him after what he did) what the problem was and he said "yes, i can fix that and it will be a 15 dollar service fee plus for the key replacement" HE CHARGED MY MOTHER 30 DOLLARS A... read more
Do not use this company they charged me 30 dollars and could not fix the problem.
They lied about the price over the phone. Once the tech made the key it didn’t work. He promised to return the next day but when I called the next day to have him fix it he demanded more money and the call center kept picking up and hanging up on me.
I live in San Marcos and called A & E early this Saturday morning without knowing they were based in Pflugerville. Eric was extremely kind and offered the name of a San Marcos locksmith he knows and trusts. It’s always wonderful to experience support and respect for competitors. He thought of me the customer, and worked with me to get the assistance I needed.
