Lies about ordering parts. Won't fix ac because of a little mud near unit even though we provided artificial turf for them. Waited over 3 weeks and they still haven't fixed it. Do not use them!
Complete trash. Doesn't answer phone calls or call back, should probably change their voice mail. Don't use these guys.
Had an appointment scheduled, there was a confirmation call the prior week but the day of nobody ever showed up or called! They also kept answering their phone line then hanging up. Extremely unprofessional and poor attitude.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this company. They were very professional starting with the scheduling throughout the entire process. The technician that came to my home was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and he was on time. He took the time to make sure that my system was working properly before he left.
