Had an appointment scheduled, there was a confirmation call the prior week but the day of nobody ever showed up or called! They also kept answering their phone line then hanging up. Extremely unprofessional and poor attitude.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this company. They were very professional starting with the scheduling throughout the entire process. The technician that came to my home was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and he was on time. He took the time to make sure that my system was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend this business to my family and friends. Thank you for your excellent customer service and professionalism.
I like to keep a variety of businesses because you never know when a possible go-to isn't available and you need options. Last week our AC went out. We have a home warranty, but home warranties aren't in the business to fully cover you from everything. It is even more entertaining when no local businesses are in network. They sent the work order to a Peninsula company, A&E Heating and Air. That was around 3pm Friday. We got a call around 6pm Friday.
