RecommendedI operate a registered in home child Care Facility. On 7/28/20 one of my infants (17 month) went limp & incoherent . Upon calling 911 , A&E was dispatched to my residence ( as 911 stayed on the line and assured me how close the ambulance was , asked questions and gave me additional procedure I could perform as well as things to continue to look for ) . I know many people have had excellent care from A&E but unfortunately our family did not receive the same care. The two people who came out to help my brother in law were rude to his whole family. They wrote all of his signs and symptoms off and downplayed everything in report to the ER. The ER didnt take him as serious because of what they were told by EMS he was sent home only to have to be rushed back to the ER as he was having TIA's. We have had the best experience with y’all and a couple of weeks ago was no different. Duane and his partner was so awesome . I highly recommend this awesome group of people to anyone. They are truly the best.
