The salesperson I spoke with insisted on giving me an estimate over the phone. He said he didn't want to waste his time or mine. My experience started out normal enough - had trouble with the door sticking so I decided to contact A&E Door. I hear them all the time advertising so figured they were reputable. I explained in great detail what the problem was - the manager schedules a service call. On the way to my home the tech called me and I explained what the problem was as he very quickly told me exactly what the problem was.
