Just got my carpet done love it. They are very respectful. I am pleased with my carpet. They did a damn good job they was on time was not late and I will be calling them again To do my two rooms thank you so much. 😊

Extremely poor customer service. I set the same appointment twice. The woman scheduling the appointment couldn’t remember we already scheduled an appointment. I scheduled the same appointment again. No one arrived I had to call them to find out what was going on. Was told the guys were finishing a job then would be on their way. I then received a phone call stating it wasn’t necessary for them to come out to measure anything because from the pictures I sent them they would have to replace the entire floor. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I called my property management company to fix some tiles and some grout that was coming out of the floor. They said this company would call me. They never did, so I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Erick, he aske me to text photos of what needed to be fixed on a Friday. I sent the pics and asked when he would come out, and he said he would ckeck and get back to me. Then he called me Monday at 3pm asking if he could come out now to fix it. This company is amazing! They completed a job for our Church hall floor and they were punctual, professional, patient and so easy to work with. They did a beautiful job and after researching for so long, the quality and quantity exceeded our expectations AND Eric was very empathetic to our budget and what we needed to get done. I don’t recommend anyone else but A&E for your flooring needs but they also are skilled in other areas too.
