We had a great experience with A&E Flooring! We were trying to track down a very specific brand and color of flooring that had been used during a renovation of part of our house before we purchased it. We needed to match the existing flooring in another room, but it was not a color that was commonly sold and was very difficult to find. I wanted to give A&E more than one star, unfortunately I am not happy with the new laminate floor it makes so much noise when I walked. I call A&E asked them if they could come back to take a look why the floor makes noise but they never did. Im very disappointed with A&A service 😡

Extremely poor customer service. I set the same appointment twice. The woman scheduling the appointment couldn’t remember we already scheduled an appointment. I scheduled the same appointment again. No one arrived I had to call them to find out what was going on. Was told the guys were finishing a job then would be on their way. I then received a phone call stating it wasn’t necessary for them to come out to measure anything because from the pictures I sent them they would have to replace the entire floor.
