I'm a small business owner that was contacted by A&E for some services. When I called back to confirm the appointment, the lady who answered the phone yelled at me "I have no idea!" And hung up on me. I called a second time, thinking there was a connection issue, and she didn't allow me to say hello, and yelled "it's all taken care of!" And hung up on me.
