Awesome staff! As a woman going in you never know if you’ll be ripped off, but these guys are well -moralized staff. I felt very comfortable and received more information on the issue I was having with my vehicle. You won’t feel bamboozled , you’ll feel more educated after you leave here. 5 star because my problem was solved and the customer service is great !

We were in town (Port Charlotte) for a few days, driving from Upstate NY, visiting family, and our A/C went. Calling a couple different places, we talked w Theresa and, understanding our situation, they got us in same day, within a few hours, and had our A/C fixed and oil changed in a less than 2 hours...for less than quoted! 1st time customer. I spoke with Marco on the phone regarding my 2007 Prius and the failing AC. He laid out a plan covering inspection, standard maintenance, and repair if necessary and could not have been nicer or more accomodating. I took the car in this morning and they did exactly what they said they would do, no more, no less. The AC is working once again and everyone there was friendly and thoroughly professional. Job well done!
