Much better prices for diagnosis and repair than others in Naples! A&E came to our house and accurately diagnosed the problem. Spare parts were ordered and next day repaired correctly. In addition, recommendations were made for how to save on future repair costs.
Wow! My new auto repair shop ! The staff is smiling ,friendly and thoughtful. The office is beautiful and very clean with an amazing ,enclosed waiting room which provides comfortable seating, a wide variety of reading material, water,coffee and snacks. My husband and I are incredibly grateful to be receiving a vehicle from Autos for the Needy. When we lost our vehicle three weeks ago, it was a devastating loss. I have to say I definitely have not received the level of customer service, friendliness, trust, and piece of mind as I did from the first moment I walked through their doors!
