Honest work, fair prices, great service! My family has been going to A&E for years and are always more than satisfied with the level of workmanship and the kind service.
Very happy with the service I got at A & E. I was referred to them from my good friend & I wasn't disappointed. They resolved my issue & made the whole experience painless! We took our son’s truck there 3 times. The first time the service was ok. The second time we were fairly certain it was the starter, which is what we communicated, however; they were convinced it was the alternator and replaced that. A month later, we were still having the same problems with the vehicle, twice leaving my son stranded. When we brought it back, they wanted to charge us $99 just to look at it even though they misdiagnosed the issue in the first place. This is my first review of a company, that I have ever written. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was treated with such compassion....I had just backed my car into the garage door as it was opening, and it had crashed into the antenna....They told me that they would have to take the whole roof off....and tears just started rolling down my cheeks...I have never seen such empathy...They explained what they would do step by step .
