AAA took our Jeep to A&E last evening. We received a phone call first thing this morning, the problem was promptly identified, repaired and back on the road this afternoon.
Oil change and rotate tires $165. Excessive charge. Won’t be back
I had a great experience at A&E when I brought in my 2018 Dodge Journey for brakes, and an oil change. They were thorough in their inspection and Kristina was very transparent and informative on the status of my vehicle and the recommended future maintenance/repairs. I’ve driven over 200 miles since getting the work done and have zero complaints about the car’s performance thus far.
Prompt appointment.. great service .. great follow up inspection
